Pricing Structure

Customized Pricing Based on Client Requirements

Manab Technology Limited does not operate a universal flat-rate pricing model for all clients.

Our pricing is determined based on the nature and scope of the service, the client's requirements, number of users, level of customization, implementation requirements, support requirements, project duration, and other applicable factors.

For example, the cost of implementing Manab SchoolLink for one school may differ from another school depending on the number of students or users, modules required, customization, onboarding, support, and other agreed requirements.

Similarly, custom software development, website development, IT consulting, and other technology services are priced according to the specific scope and deliverables agreed with each client.

How We Determine the Price

Our pricing process generally follows these steps:

1. Requirement Assessment

We discuss the client's requirements and understand the services or solution needed.

2. Scope Definition

We determine the features, deliverables, implementation requirements, support requirements, and expected timeline.

3. Proposal / Quotation

Where applicable, we provide the client with a proposal or quotation detailing the service and applicable charges.

4. Agreement

Depending on the nature of the engagement, we may execute an MoU, Service Agreement, NDA, or other appropriate contractual documentation.

5. Invoice

An invoice may be issued based on the agreed commercial terms.

6. Payment

The customer makes payment through the approved payment method provided by Manab Technology Limited.

7. Service Delivery

Following confirmation of payment and fulfillment of applicable requirements, we commence or continue delivery of the agreed service.

Important Pricing Information

Prices are therefore not necessarily the same for every customer. The final amount payable by a customer is based on the specific service and commercial terms agreed with that customer.

Customers are informed of the applicable price before making payment.
